All entries must bear truck license plates. To be published FREE in the Parade Guide entries must be received on or before July 18, 2011. Entry number and map arrival information will be mailed to all early entries. Please enclose a check or money order made out to Waupun Truck-N-Show and mail to PO Box 161, Waupun, WI 53963. Questions can be answered by calling (920) 324-9985. A souvenir cap will be presented at the Registration table at the Show. The first 300 entries in the competition will also receive a commemorative dash plaque.
YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RELEASE TO REGISTER.
I (truck driver) release the Waupun Truck-N-Show Officers, Directors, members or anyone else connected with management from any and all damages, losses, judgments, or injury claims that may be suffered to myself, rider or to my property entered in this event. I have read and agree to abide by the rules and regulations (please read).
